Event description:
Bubbs Hill Bash is now in its 8th year and we will be returning with the option of a day or residential event. The bash takes place on the Saturday afternoon on Bubbs Hill. Participants will move around the bases to earn team points, competing against other teams at the bash. Leaders will need to ensure ratios are covered at all times. If booking a mix of residential and day please ensure you have enough leaders to cover both groups. We may need to split the group for pick up/drop off and meal times. Transport: We operate a one way system in and out of the site, with staggered arrival and departure times. Parents will be expected to stick to their given times and follow the system for the safety of all.
Costs:
- Overnight participant £32.50 (or £30 if booked by 31 January 2024) – This includes all the bash activities, dinner and breakfast, overnight fees, and an event badge.
- Day only participant £27.50 (or £25 if booked by 31 January 2024) - This includes the bash activities, dinner and an event badge.
- Overnight adults £10 (including unit volunteers, event volunteers and young leaders on the service team) - This includes all relevant meals and an event badge. All adults will be expected to help out at the bash.
- Day only adults £5 (including unit volunteers, event volunteers and young leaders on the service team) - This includes all relevant meals and an event badge. All adults will be expected to help out at the bash.
Booking information:
This is an event is for young members to attend in their unit groups and should only be booked by the relevant unit volunteer, not by individual parents.
Please choose one ticket type - 'residential young person', 'residential adult', 'day young person' or 'day adult' - change the number required, complete the other fields and then click the [Add to Cart] button. This will jump you back to the top and show that the tickets have been added to you cart. Then scroll back down and amend the ticket type and number to add the next type of ticket to your cart. The other details will still be in the fields so no need to retype them. Repeat until you have all your tickets in your cart. Then click the [Checkout] button.
Additional participants or adults can be added at any time, please book as required, this will avoid participants missing out when the unit is still waiting for others to confirm.
