Who is it for?: Girlguiding and Scouting members and their families

As part of the month-long global celebration of Scout and Guide campfire fellowship, come and join us for Deer Park's Flamboree. This is an opportunity for us all to come together, sing songs and share stories around a camp fire, while enjoying a hot chocolate.
Cost:
£5.00 per person. A hot drink and an event badge are included in the cost of your ticket. Further refreshments will be available to purchase at the event.
What to bring:
Please bring a chair and mug.

Under 18's must be accompanied by an adult (a parent/carer or their group leader(s), adhering to Guiding/Scouting adult:child ratios).
The event will take place outdoors in a field, and will only be cancelled if conditions make the event unsafe. Please dress appropriately!

Bubbs Hill Bash - 28-29 June 2025

Time - 8.30am Saturday to 12 noon Sunday
Event description:
Bubbs Hill Bash is celebrating its 10th Anniversary. Come and join us for the fun. As an extra special activity this year, we will be holding a silent disco on the Saturday evening for those staying overnight.
The bash takes place on the Saturday afternoon on Bubbs Hill. Participants will move around the leader led bases to earn team points, competing against other teams at the Bash. Leaders will need to ensure ratios are covered at all times. If booking a mix of residential and day please ensure you have enough leaders to cover both groups. We may need to split the group for pick up/drop off and meal times.

Transport: We operate a one way system in and out of the site, with staggered arrival and departure times. Parents will be expected to stick to their given times and follow the system for the safety of all.
Costs:
- Overnight participant £37.50 (or £35 if booked by 13 March 2025) – This includes all the Bash activities, dinner and breakfast, overnight fees, and the event badge.
- Day only participant £27.50 (or £25 if booked by 13 March 2025) - This includes the Bash activities, dinner and the event badge.
- All adults (including unit volunteers, event volunteers and young leaders on the service team). Overnight £10, Day only £5 - This includes all relevant meals and an event badge. All adults will be asked to help out at the Bash.
Booking information:
This event is for young members to attend in their unit groups and should only be booked by the relevant unit volunteer, not by individual parents.
Please choose one ticket type - 'Young member - Residential', 'Adult - Residential', 'Young member - Day' or 'Adult - Day' - add the number required, complete the other fields and then click the [Add to Cart] button. This will jump you back to the top and show that the tickets have been added to your Cart.
To book other ticket types (eg to add an adult to the unit booking) please scroll down to the form, amend the ticket type and number then click the [Add to Cart] button to add the next type of ticket to your Cart. The other details will still be in the fields so no need to retype them. Repeat until you have all your tickets in your Cart. Then click the [Checkout] button.
Additional participants or adults can be added at any time, please book as required, this will avoid participants missing out when the unit is still waiting for others to confirm.
Bookings close at the end of May 2025.
