Our postage costs are fixed, regardless of the size of your order.
UK postage (anywhere with a UK postcode): £2.00
Orders are posted via 1st class mail. We aim to post orders as soon as we can, normally within a couple of days. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery before enquiring about your order.
Please do not place an order with a request to have it delivered by a certain date if that date is within the next two weeks. We do not guarantee speedy delivery and we hate to disappoint our customers, especially if your badges are for the girls.

Our online payment process is operated by Square's secure system and accepts all major debit and credit cards. Checkout is quick and easy to navigate.
Returns and cancelled order
We do not accept returns unless item(s) are damaged or not as described.
Orders may be cancelled until the point that the order has been shipped. A refund will be issued less an admin fee of £1.50.

Restricted items
Our restricted badges (Group B badges) can also be ordered online via a special shop page visible only to our Gloucestershire members. These items may take a little longer to arrive. Our badge secretary keeps a small supply of popular items in stock but the rarer awards are ordered from Girlguiding when we receive an order so please allow longer for delivery. If you would like an indication of timescales, please email our badge secretary, [email protected].
