About us

Girlguiding Gloucestershire has around 5,000 members, including almost 4,000 young members and about 1,000 adult members and volunteers.

We are proud to give girls and young women a space where they can be themselves, have fun, build brilliant friendships, gain valuable life skills and make a positive difference to their lives and their communities. We build girls’ confidence and raise their aspirations. We give them the chance to discover their full potential and encourage them to be a powerful force for good.

We also offer fantastic opportunities to our adult members, with chances to learn new skills, gain qualifications, try new things and to make lifelong friendships. There’s no age limit on adventure, so whether you’re aged 5 or 105, Girlguiding Gloucestershire has plenty to offer you!

Girlguiding is the largest youth organisation for girls in the UK, and we are part of a worldwide movement with over 10 million members in 145 countries. Join us and be part of something special!
