Zumba with Freya
Zumba is an exercise fitness programme created by a Columbian dancer and choreographer during the 1990s. Don't forget to warm up before you begin.

If Zumba is a little too energetic for you at this time in the morning, then here is a more sedate option - Yoga.
Yoga is a group of physical, mental and spiritual practices or disciplines which originated in ancient India. Freya helps you relax, concentrate on your breathing and takes you through a routine to stretch in places you didn't know needed stretching! |
